Absolutely horrible..if I could give -10 stars I would. NEVER ever had such a terrible experience with a situation for something I didn't even do or cause. They do not know how to deal with or handle any adverse situation. They just hang up or leave you on hold while talking. You can hear them every time it rings back in. Little school children trying to run a "business" can make a difficult situation ALOT more difficult. Tiffany, the manager behaves likes she is 13 years old..barely!

I had stopped using Enterprise for car rentals for the last year due to some issues with my closest location but, needed a car on short notice so I decided to try this location. I WILL return as an Enterprise customer and use this location from now on thanks to the awesome customer service and experience from Andrew. Not only did he answer my questions when I called, he followed up. I witnessed him juggle multiple customers, one being a pretty difficult person, answer calls urgently and provide awesome customer care all while having a smile on his face. It's hard to work under this sort of pressure, in this heat with such a calm demeanor. I was impressed! Thank you Andrew!

What’s the point of having a appointment time to pick up a car when they will not have it ready plus two of the front desk workers left and the Andrew was trying to handle it all alone I give him all the stars he did his best with it and kept a smile on his face the whole time.

The number listed on your main page and google DO NOT WORK. It goes to fax or drops the calls. Absolutely unacceptable. When a customer is calling you to confirm the reservation of their car that you DID NOT SHOW UP FOR, and left her STRANDED, it would be helpful to have a working phone line. Instead, you use personal phones to text the staff at Service King? But, they won't help you, or provide that number to customers? And there's no paper trail when you then, drop the ball? That's sketchy corporate policy if I ever saw it.

Enterprise, please hire someone who can assist you with purchasing and acquiring vehicles so that you can provide the service that you're offering. It's absolutely AWFUL when a customer has to call over 10 branches to locate a vehicle. The person might as well be employed by Enterprise.

Excellent customer service! Extremely friendly staff! Very knowledgeable! Easy and quick check in and check out process. Seems to have a good variety of vehicles at this location. The Kia Soul that my company rented for me was clean and ran very well, had no problems. Keep up the great work you do!!

10/10 for customer service. Tiffany, Greg and Andrew went out of their way to help me with recent car rentals. It was a longer term rental and I switched cars a few times. They were incredibly helpful, polite and made the whole experience enjoyable - yes enjoyable! The choice of cars was excellent even though it’s a hard time getting cars at the moment.

Things happen for a reason and when this location was the only one that had a car for us as my car gets repair was THE BEST experience. Greg went above and beyond for our family. They all welcome me in and provided expectations and followed through. This was a fresh of breath air. This location has our business for life. We don’t live anywhere near this location BUT we will make the drive for this type of service. Thank you thank you thank you.
