Reserved a car for our trip out of state, when we came to the office at the Hyatt in Dallas there were no cars available. What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t “reserve” a car. Bad service and unhelpful employees.

For the past 2 years, I only rent cars from this location!! The customer service is awesome and the location is very convenient. Other rental places take you thru way too much but I am always in & out!!! They truly have the best manager at this location.

What I thought would be a week turned into about a month and each time I extended my rental I had no problems at all! Whenever I called I was always greeted and treated perfectly! I will definitely be using Avis again!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Kiran took car of me and my family with an awesome ride. It was our first time and we had ton of questions and he had all the answers. He also had a lot of knowledge of downtown and where we can get some good Texas food. Highly recommend!! Not all car rental places are nightmares!

Worst rental experience ever. The clerk misinformed me about return location which resulted in Avis charging me an extra $100. Customer service is terrible. I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone and have yet to resolve anything. Everyone wants to push blame to someone else. Then they promise to get more information and call me back, but they don't do it. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
