The drive thru was backed all the way around building. I chose to come in. Almost empty inside. The manager was working on the POS system, and the employees in the back were taking orders and then going to the back to make orders. I had ordered an 8pc family meal with all fish, an extra side of hushpuppies, and a 2pc fish combo. They came and told me, after waiting 15 minutes, that they had run out of the batter to make them, and it would take 45 minutes to make more. The hushpuppies I did manage to get were either burnt to a crisp or so hard, as if they were old, that we couldn't eat them. Very disappointed. I love LGS. This location was unorganized and manager needs to be more aware of what's going on in her store.

When I pay for twelve wings,I expect tewlve wings....not 10! This really pees me off to get home and look and realize how slack these places have gotten. I guess it pays to check and count as quick as they hand it to you.

I drove through and ordered a 3 piece tenders combo. It was supposed to come with tenders, dipping sauce, fries, a biscuit and a drink. I got tenders, fries and a drink. I wasn't even offered dipping sauce and no biscuit. I paid well over $7 for my meal and am very disappointed!! I tried to call them but they didn't answer the phone.

The chicken tenders were so salty it was inedible. The fries were mushy, over salted, and under cooked.

Ordered online and then had to park and go into restaurant to pick up. Would have been better to just use drive thru 😕

Sunday in a pinch dinner don't come here! The chicken strips were so dry like they had been under the heat lamp all day. Normal 6pm is when you would think things would be fresh. I should have seen this happening after absolutely no one in line

Absolutely ridiculous! We placed our order and was asked to pull up, that they would bring it to us as soon as they "bagged it up"....15 minutes later they come out to tell us they just put the biscuits in and it would be ANOTHER 17 minutes!! That's insane, and just BAD BUSINESS!!! Never again....

Only ever have 1 or 2 people working there and half of the time they tell you to leave because the machine is down. Every other kfc in SC is pretty bad to so whatever I guess. Better off going to chick FIL a or Popeyes on easely even if it is a extra 15 minute drive

disgusting!! when i opened my sandwich this long hair was wrapped in it. it was so obvious that its really hard for me to believe that no one seen that 13inch long string of hair before serving it to a customer. you can see where it appeared to be pulled from the root ! i feel like someone intentionally done this. after returning it, the lady at window with the black rotten teeth just kept saying "sorry...im sorry" but i could tell she really wasn't. i got my money back and have never been back ! will never go back !
