I had already spoken with an associate on the phone and things went well then. I needed to call back and confirm my requested change. I also needed to change my number. I received great service at the AT &T store. Everything was well ltaken care of. I'm very pleased.

Do not go here. They will add things to your plan without telling you and flat lie to you to get a sale. Horrible horrible business practice
