Best pharmacy in Pickens! I pick up my medications monthly and they all know my name. They know who I am based on my voice when I call. Someone is on top of things because it’s never more than 15 minutes for a fill. I feel 100% comfortable talking to any of the techs and the pharmacist about any medication questions, no matter how small. They will give you advice that your doctor might not have given! Very valuable. Plus they have a drive thru and outdoor walk up window. Overall this pharmacy gets a solid 9/10. If you’re a cash paying patient, Ingles is not always the cheapest, although many meds are competitive on pricing. Use GoodRx to find the best cash value. For insured patients, I highly recommend.

Everyone that works there except one lady is always rude. They never get anything right, they'll say they'll have your prescriptions ready in 30 minutes but then it takes them 2 hours. They don't even do their job correctly ever. By far they are the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with.

Been our pharmacy for years can never get meds on time and they are lazy and rude all but two people who work there and if you need them to call or do something for your insurance company forget it probably the worst pharmacy me and my wife have ever used will be switching to Walgreens after this month but this is crooked south Carolina.
