I would have given 5 stars except for TWO reasons. First, Starbucks has toooo many chemicals in their coffee. I heard that 1,3,7-Trimethylpurine-2,6-dione has been discovered in their coffee!!! Two, the baristas are constantly pushing their political agenda. They will ask me how my day is going and things such as that which totally contradicts my political opinion that we should all be shut off and suspicious of each other!

The staff is super nice but I’ve only had great drinks when the manager made it. Please train the baristas to make authentic Starbucks drinks. Pickens needs a corporate store to have more consistent service.

It's just unbelievable how the new employees they're hiring(and been there for weeks) are only able to take and fill 1 order at a time (1-2 drinks per person) while they have 3 or more people already waiting in line for 10 - 15 minutes.

Overpriced for a beverage I can make almost for free at home. I'd go there any how for the atmosphere, if they didn't try to shove there political agenda down my throat. Once they embrace Okra Winfrey, I rarely go even though my friends give me gift cards. The baristas are always nice, too bad the company makes them push politics.
