I got a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon and it was completely raw in the inside. My mother in law waited in line for 20 minutes to even get our food. This mcdonalds is one of the worst I have ever been to wouldn't recommend

They need employees for some reason. McDonald's please check on your management and you may find the problem. Not all managers are bad but people aren't going to work for some management that doesn't know how to talk to people.

I ordered through the app and was anxious to see if this more rural location would be up to speed on the newer technology. They exceeded my expectations! Everything was smooth and seamless. Great job!!!

employees too busy talking with customer friends while our food is taking forever, we were the only customers and they took 20 minutes to get us our food, at a mcdonalds.. customers who came in 10 minutes after us were getting their food first, and it was the employees friends as well. heard "just give it to them" from the kitchen, meaning either ours, or someone elses food had a problem and there was something wrong with it.. Customers cane in 20 minutes after our order and got their food before us, all we ordered was a cream pie fry and 3 drinks.. Fries were unsalted, funny experience

Chances of them getting your order right is very slim they do have very nice people that work at the windows but as far as your order being 100% there is a very slim chance that will happen.

Walked inside as I had a special order and drive thru's can never get a special order right. 1 couple in front of me and they also had a special order. New employee having extreme trouble inputting order and several employees hanging out in back doing nothing and not offering to help. I walked out without ordering. I'm guessing the poor new employee will quit as management of this store have set her up for failure with too little training and no help/reinforcement when she needed it.

My roommates and I just moved near this location a few months ago. Every time we go to this location, the staff is friendly and the food is made correctly and served hot. We have described it as a "god send" because we've had 0 negative experiences and are used to having some problems at other locations. Honestly, I'm highly impressed with this location

Hit or miss, sometimes it's great; sometimes it's cold and the orders wrong. Update: lately they can't get nothing right, foods raw or so old it isn't funny, if u ask for ketchup they act like your robbing them. Literally had to make 3 trips up there for them to get my food right.
