Go here first!! Out of town, car started messing up, this was the 3rd shop i pulled into, the ONLY one that would even consider taking a look. They had me fixed and back on the road in less than an hour. Super friendly staff and comfortable waiting area.

All of the staff here are great! Those at the front of the shop are courteous, professional, and personable. Shout-out to Mr. Reese, who patiently provided me with quotes on about six different services my vehicle needs while I waited for my tire change and HVAC service. While you wait they provide you with coffee, water, great conversation, and a TV. Chauffeurs are also available if you live nearby and need a ride home while your vehicle is being serviced. The prices are competitive and fair, and they are as prompt as can be while providing such top-notch service, although getting quotes from another shop never hurts.

I’ve lived in NWA for about 7 years now and have visited a variety of different shops around the area for my car troubles. Come March 2022 I was in need of a new set of tires and my place of work recommended Pro Tire as they have been using them for years now. Upon calling the store I connected with Bill, who immediately helped me find the perfect new set within my budget and did it all with an incredibly friendly spirit! They were able to get me in and replace all four tires in a matter of a few hours that same day. Come a month later I suddenly caught a flat tire from a road hazard and Reese gladly helped me get my car back in the shop and replaced the tire at no charge as quickly as possible! I cannot give a greater recommendation than Pro Tire as they are incredibly quick, listen to their customers needs, and help them make the best decisions when it comes to getting the best performance and value for their vehicles. The icing on the cake was the hand written letter they mailed to me after visiting them the first time, which was a true testament to the care they display for their community!

I absolutely LUV the guys here! It was oil change time and they didn't disappoint. I was in and out in less than 45min. Prices are comparable with other places, but I especially like the conversation. Then there's a TV for distraction and complimentary coffee while you wait.

On the road from Georgia, traveling thru Arkansas... Needed 2 tires and balancing and decided to drop in on the way out of town at about lunch time. They got us right in and out of there. Very nice shop and very nice people. I never leave reviews on anything ever, but I see why these guys have good ratings.

Excellent service. The waiting area was clean. All the employees were professional and engaged in their work. They called me when my car was ready. No loud music. No obnoxious, cutsie attitudes. Their prices are surprisingly competitive. They didn't even try to up-sell me. I finally found a place to get my oil changed in Springdale. Hallelujah!
