This place was cool, the employees there were some pretty dope people to talk to. Overall I felt a welcoming and pretty chill vibe. I got to choose whatever I wanted to watch on their flat screen TV while I waited so I can't complain. Nothing makes you feel more like a big dawg than being handed the TV remote. Yessir.

Well not happy. , ask if there more wrong before I buy. The tires after getting an alignment. They said no. Then. After I got tires on there was more wrong. That will mess up my alignment. ! Please don’t go here. Not good people !!!!!! The lady. There was nice tho. She had the best customer service. Not the other one. I know his name will not put it 🤬

Fantastic service and friendly people. Have had multiple vehicles I have taken to this shop for a variety of problems. All have been fixed in a timely manor. Enjoy the staff as well as they were all extremely nice and helpful. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend if you need auto or tire work in the NWA area. Update: Andrew who I trusted at this location is no longer there. I went in and had several things completed on my vehicle. My vehicle was completed the quickly but at an enormous cost. I was even told that I should replace my rotors every time I replace my break pads… no issues with the service but be aware of up sells for things you do not need.

This location is so much better than the one in Fayetteville. We had multiple bad experiences with Big O’s in Fayetteville, but love the financing options for when we get new tires. The people at this location are much more friendly and are able to explain everything about your vehicle without making you feel like you are inept.

Went in to get air in my tires. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they took care of my issues. The young man was very friendly and serviced my car promptly.

I got a flat on I-35E in downtown Dallas -- 70 mph in heavy traffic. The tire was a Falkan Wildpeak, and fortunately it deflated slowly enough for me to find an exit and get off the road, and I had a good full-sized spare. In retrospect, I'm grateful that the tire didn't blow out or deflate catastrophically, because when I got to Springdale the tech at Big O found a 4.5-inch chunk of quarter-inch mini-rebar embedded in the tire! The loose end had flapped around inside the tire and taken a couple of chunks out of the casing, so the tire was irreparable. The Falkan would "normally" (ie, pre-Covid) have been available but now there is a long wait, so the tech located a tire with a similar tread pattern and I was on my way. The guys at Big O are helpful and friendly people who know their business.

I had hit something in the road and damaged two wheels and tires on my car. Andrew was able to source the wheels and get the parts expedited so I could get back on the road quickly. When Andrew inspected my damaged tires he also pointed out that my car was extremely out of alignment. He was able to correct that at the same time my tires were replaced. Car hasn't driven this smooth since new. I would also like to note that as I spent time in the showroom there were a lot of walk ins. Andrew and his staff were very accommodating to everyone and were able to get them all taken care of even though extremely busy. No one was turned away or told to come back at a different time or day. This is very rare these days and a testament to excellent management. Thank you Andrew and your crew!

My experience was very good. Came in for an alignment. Was told I needed new ball joints and centerlink before they could perform an alignment. I get the work done every thing seems fine. Some time later I come in for an alignment I bumped a curb and had a trip coming up just got new tires. Went off made it to st Louis drove around then on the way back my wheels went different ways. Parts were missing . I tried contacting to No end Don't pay for the alignment deal or come here for work your truck may look like this
