Service advisor does not follow through He was non responsive I had to call every week to remind him I took the car in after prepaid parts arrived still 43 days later no car I am going to file complaint with insurance company too I used this business twice before about 15 years ago back then they did a very good job these new staff are not worth coming back Please avoid the bodyshop at any cost there are other better bodyshops out there Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The only thing that I noticed that didn't work was my left mirror. It doesn't move when the car is locked or unlocked. Car drives and runs smooth. Everything else was checked out before I picked up the car.

For the short version DO NOT CALL HERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU WROSE THAN TRASH. THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSSINESS. BE CAREFULL. This is the worst experience and treatment I have ever received from any mechanic shop or collision center. Let me tell you about my experience today. September 12th 2022. I was transferred from the Irving branch to see if they had availability for repairs on my vehicle. I just needed to schedule a date to drop off my vehicle for repairs. I spoke to someone after about a 15 minute hold witch then proceeded to put me on a 1 hour hold then terminate the call with me while leaving me on hold. So I call back and the they hang up after a few rings. I kept calling back about 5 time with the same result. Then in the 6th call u finally get through to a person that transfers me to a voicemail. I leave a voicemail and call again to see if I can get scheduled. I wait on hold for about 2 minutes until someone picks up just to tell me the receptionist is out today and he will help me book my appointment. Then he proceeded to put me on hold about 3 more times, while letting me know that his system has locked him out first. then that the system was down but that he will call me back. I will update if the call ever happens. but so far they have treated me worse than a dog. I never knew people could be so completely unprofessional for such a simple request

My car was there waiting on parts for 6 months (not their fault) it’s not the nicest place inside, but the staff is nice and they take good care of their customers. Quality work, Bill, Paul and Dennis were great and striver hard to provide great customer service. Well done.

If I could give Qasim 11 stars I would! He is courteous, kept me informed at what times as what was going in my daughter’s car. Her car is a 2008 Honda Accord which we had purchased there at Acura. We also purchased a Fidelity insurance with it. I appreciate Qasim following up and giving me all feedback— maybe he perceived how anxious I was. I had an accident Acura MDX 2018, job was rear bumper, tail light and rear muffler replacement. I was not told at inception, if parts are not in stock and will take over 6 months. They parked my mdx through out outside, not inside. When I get back my MDX, all rubbers like melted, vipers, color got faded. You can tell 2 colors, upper tires rubber trims melted in high temperature. They should park customer cars inside, they should tell up front, if parts takes that long, they should offer power polish and at least fix wipers and tires trims, put at least one screw. Paid over $6,400 and not satisfied. Things I referred are very small and cost them nothing or just less than $60-$70 but they refuse, very very sad and disappointed! Service: Painting

I walked in with my eye on a new mustang I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to get it as I’ve had issues financing in the past but they worked with me and did all they could to make sure I left satisfied or or at the very least more educated on the process. An hour later I drove off in a new mustang

Being the recipient of a small rock hitting my hood at highway speeds I immediately wanted to get the dent repaired. After my great experiences with David McDavid's Frisco location I decided to take my business to the Plano location as the Frisco location does not do these kinds of repairs (they did offer to transport my car though!). I got my initial estimate through the online tool, but I ultimately still had to call and schedule an appointment to get my repair work scheduled. It was a 2 week wait just for the initial inspection of the damage after a week for the online estimate itself. After that, it was a ~3 week wait to drop my car off. Luckily, the process moved much faster after that. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was ready to pick up that Friday. This was the original time estimate I was given, but I'm always skeptical about estimates so I was very impressed. The repair work and final result were definitely worth it for my peace of mind. You can't even tell there was ever a dent. Overall, the scheduling part was pretty shaky (to me at least), but I can't deny the results. I also liked that Dennis addressed and kept my concerns in mind during our interactions. Should I ever need body repair work again on my Civic, the Plano location will be my first choice. One final note is that I paid out of pocket for the repair so I can't speak on how the insurance handling experience is like. Service: Body & Trim

Took my new car in after only owning it for a little over two weeks. I was rear ended on the way home and the damage was pretty extensive. The team at David McDavid assured me they would have the car restored and driving like new. In the come of weeks since it had been returned to me, everything send to be running great.
