Best auto body shop in Plano, Texas (TX) 2024

Being the recipient of a small rock hitting my hood at highway speeds I immediately wanted to get the dent repaired. After my great experiences with David McDavid's Frisco location I decided to take my business to the Plano location as the Frisco location does not do these kinds of repairs (they did offer to transport my car though!). I got my initial estimate through the online tool, but I ultimately still had to call and schedule an appointment to get my repair work scheduled. It was a 2 week wait just for the initial inspection of the damage after a week for the online estimate itself. After that, it was a ~3 week wait to drop my car off. Luckily, the process moved much faster after that. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was ready to pick up that Friday. This was the original time estimate I was given, but I'm always skeptical about estimates so I was very impressed. The repair work and final result were definitely worth it for my peace of mind. You can't even tell there was ever a dent. Overall, the scheduling part was pretty shaky (to me at least), but I can't deny the results. I also liked that Dennis addressed and kept my concerns in mind during our interactions. Should I ever need body repair work again on my Civic, the Plano location will be my first choice. One final note is that I paid out of pocket for the repair so I can't speak on how the insurance handling experience is like. Service: Body & Trim ~Jordan
