I’ve had plenty of good experiences here, but today was just plain gross. I ordered a burger and these are the pickles that came on it 🤢 it made the whole burger taste rotten plus there’s a small black hair in the Mayo :( I usually love this place but man this was too far. This is the 3rd time my order has had a horrible mess up like this. Please do better guys ~Katt

Super friendly and helpful staff...especially an employee named Willy. He was very welcoming, helpful, fast, efficient and made a fun and upbeat environment for everyone, including coworkers. Food was done before we filled up our soda cups! It was visually appealing and tasted great! With so many rude people out there nowadays, this was very rejuvenating and appreciated! ~Anne

Short wait. All the pharmacists are helpful with interactions and maximizing your benefits (which can be difficult with today's health care). They are also friendly in a place that cannot be easy to work. ~Robert

A strange thing happens when you call this place: A human being *at the store* answers the phone. They are polite, prompt, and have a nice small business flavor that you don't find many places. I only wish they had later hours. ~Dave

I have been picking up my prescriptions at this location for years and while the staff is always friendly and accommodating tonight I witnessed something that just blew my mind. I was there picking up my prescription as usual and overheard the store manager reprimanding one of her pharmacy technicians right out there in front of myself and other customers. Now I may not work in a pharmacy but I do know if my insurance doesn’t go through it is not the technicians fault and I have to resolve the issue with my insurance provider. The technicians here work very hard and don’t deserve treatment like this from their rude, unprofessional store manager. I give the pharmacy 5 stars for their hard work and an extra 5 stars for having to put up with that nonsense. As for Kroger I give them a negative 5 stars for employing such people and allowing them to treat the other employees so badly. ~Chris
