Wendy's in cross lanes first was rude to my daughter last week. And today the person in first window got my order wrong. Girl in second window rude because of it. I have worked in customer service for 34 years. That was not good customer service! My experience we always make sure the customer is happy. Wasn't looking for a handout just fix it.

I’ve had plenty of good experiences here, but today was just plain gross. I ordered a burger and these are the pickles that came on it 🤢 it made the whole burger taste rotten plus there’s a small black hair in the Mayo :( I usually love this place but man this was too far. This is the 3rd time my order has had a horrible mess up like this. Please do better guys

Staff is very rude, they forget to give me my fries, sore cream and receipt. I sat at the window and ask for them. The lady at the window was very rude about it. Then when I wa still sitting at the window waiting for my receipt. She said what do want, when I asked again for the my receipt, she rolled her eyes and then gave it too me. Will not send my money here again.

This is what they call a Baconator?! One piece of bacon....I took it back in and was just told that it was what I ordered. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite restaurants and this was a terrible disappointment.

I did a door dash, being short handed. The initial experience wasn't the greatest, however the manger called me within gosh maybe 30 mins or less and made me feel like he truly cared. Went out of his way to replace the food that we didn't get. I realize it was a bigger order and during morning hours. I called the wrong store by accident and instead of talking with me and helping me realize I called the wrong store, the employee at St Albans Wendy's told me to go do a bad review they didn't care. I was fuming to say the least. It was so nice to hear from someone who cares about their company and customers. At this rate I'll drive out of my way to Crosslanes to receive service from people who care. Thank you sir for making it right and saving my faith in humanity and proper customer service 😁

First thing, I think 90% of those giving this place a 5 star works here. Lack of management. Poor food. Poor service. A total disappointment. Young and immature employees are great, if the rules are enforced. Mornings; consists of up to 35 minute wait for food after order and pay. 5 out of five times I’ve ordered in the mornings my order was all wrong. They take it back in the store and bring me back the same food I said was wrong showing the receipt! The last time (5th time) I have ordered this occurrence happened 3 times. Then the food is cold by the time it gets to me. Afternoons, evenings, nights; cold food, hard and obviously past the “shelf life after cooking”, hot and reheated so they didn’t have to make more. People not paying attention to orders and asking when an item was added when it was ordered and paid for at once, complaining nonstop about their job with a sense of entitlement, wanting to be there to work but ignoring the window when in the middle of a rush with food on the counter. I have waited almost a year for things to get better for this location and it has not so I had to say something online because obviously my single call (which I kept very respectful) did not help, nor did my personal complaint . So no, I’m NOT a key board warrior. The above being stated I have worked in the food industry, both fast food and restaurant. Your job is not hard. If you do what is suggested and keep food fresh, pay attention to orders, don’t give customers attitudes, keep your opinions of orders to yourself, give accurate information, and don’t think you are smarter than everyone else by “outsmarting” everyone, you will be okay. If you want to see less angry customers stop messing the orders up that THEY pay for. A lot of times the people you see are on a lunch break. Be considerate. Be a human being. You can not complain about minimum wage when the effort you choose to give is minimal, and it’s sad for those who DO put forth the effort.

Messed up my entire $30 order. Then messed up MOST of the make up food... I hope they was just having a bad night because YUCK!! And if not I don't know how they're still in business.. Ohh and the bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Even after telling the employee's!
