Always a nice place to stop for a coffee when I'm on my way back to DC. I'll be looking forward to checking out their new location when they move down the street.

Tip Top caters to the crowd with money or the desire to look upscale. Ten dollar chocolate bars in an area where people are very poor. Trendy I think is the word I would use to describe tip top. I cannot go there (I feel uncomfortable) again but my wife likes it. I always feel I am not trendy enough to meet the standards whatever they are. I was in line and there was a woman in front of me with super expensive ski pants on and it was 70 degrees outside. We don't visit blackwater anymore.

I placed a order for baked goods to go and when I arrive home the order was not what I asked and paid for. Although the do have a variety of tea zero Earl Grey on the tea menu. The service was great. Because the breakfast item was in a cold case it seemed obvious to offer to warm it up. I had to request that, and then ask for the item... back. Not a greeting or thank you... Great potential to improve

Fair coffee served with a bad attitude. 4 stars for the coffee, minus 2 stars for the attitude at the counter. Like others have stated, after dealing with a bad attitude from person at the counter, I will not go back. While I prefer to "shop local" in this case I can find some other place to enjoy coffee without someone getting snooty at me for no reason.

Absolutely LOVED this place !!! Came in from out of town with my 3 year old to visit my husband who’s working in the area, fancied an ice coffee type drink so we stopped in and have nothing but good things to say about this place !!! The barista, the vibes, the coffee, and the pastries all were amazing !!! The lady who took our order was super friendly and struck up a little conversation with my 3 year old making her whole day. A lot of places the workers ignore kids but this lady made the effort to engage with her and made my daughter not want to leave ! I tried to read my receipt to see what her name was but it says Josh, he was there but he wasn’t the one who took our order and served us. It was around 1:11pm on 5/24/2022. We will definitely be visiting again before we head back out of town

Keto brownies were incredible!!! Stopped here for restrooms on the way to Seneca Rocks and such a welcoming and a very clean place to fuel up for the trip. Staff are courteous, vibes are immaculate, pastries are delicious.

Great coffee shop. My wife loves the drink selection. The spiced cider is delicious. Pastries are good. Quite a selection of beverages in cooler. Some pre-made food and excellent beef jerky

The vegan choices are endless! They have all the plant-based milks and are super conscious of dietary preferences. My matcha latte was killer, and I’m counting the days until I can have another vegan chocolate zucchini muffin. Their house/made kombucha is so light and refreshing too!

This is hands down our favorite coffee shop on the planet. They do it all well - their brews, their food, their vibe. We will drive far out of our way to stop in and we love that we can always look forward to the highest quality coffee on our way to climb. We consider ourselves ‘coffee snobs’ and actually compare any new shop we try to Tip Top to decide how well we like it. So far, most don’t quite meet the mark, because these guys just do it so well. Thanks for being awesome, Tip Top!
