I want to say that Star USA has been really good to me since becoming a member in July 2021. They helped me with an auto loan & I really do appreciate 🙏 it. Had trouble at first with logging into my account, but after calling them it's all good now. Thanks Star USA Federal Credit Union!!! ~terry

If your account gets over drafted for the first time EVER in 2 years, they will not refund you the $36 they took from your account. I had a transaction that took $ from my account and ON THE SAME DAY, they took out the overdraft fee. I would understand the next day, but they did not give me time to put money into the account to avoid the overdraft. Through the tough Covid times, that money means a lot to me and my family. Canceled my account and will make sure friends and family never bank through them. ~Madison

The worst bank ever. I signed up for a certain checking account and paid a monthly fee to have certain perks of the account. I go to use those perks then they all of the sudden aren’t available. My local branch has two ATMs they are down or out of service at least 4 out of 7 days. Part of my perk was I get three free non HB atm transactions per cycle but I get charged bc I have to use other ATMs bc theirs never works. I go to take in charge to cash it Ava they won’t take it unless it’s rolled. What bank doesn’t have a center?! The times I’ve called the girl always says “it the computer that did this or that…: nothing ever gets resolved. By far the worst bank I’ve ever had. ~Kenny
