Best financial institution in Huntington, West Virginia (WV) 2024

If your account gets over drafted for the first time EVER in 2 years, they will not refund you the $36 they took from your account. I had a transaction that took $ from my account and ON THE SAME DAY, they took out the overdraft fee. I would understand the next day, but they did not give me time to put money into the account to avoid the overdraft. Through the tough Covid times, that money means a lot to me and my family. Canceled my account and will make sure friends and family never bank through them. ~Madison

This is a very nice bank and wonderful employees but being open 9-4!!! Closed on Saturday!!! Not sure how working people can do banking at this bank. Some of us don’t use ATM. Why are they not open at least 9-12 on Saturday???? ~Julia
