This was my first time visiting the dealership. Despite not having purchased my new 740 from them I was welcomed by DJ in the Service Dept. I gave him a brief of my maintenance item and he quickly had the technician bringing it inside. It was only a matter of minutes I received a text video from the Tech explaining what he had found.
