This was my first time visiting the dealership. Despite not having purchased my new 740 from them I was welcomed by DJ in the Service Dept. I gave him a brief of my maintenance item and he quickly had the technician bringing it inside. It was only a matter of minutes I received a text video from the Tech explaining what he had found. Exceptional customer service to be sent the video. Thank you to DJ. You are a true ambassador to the BMW brand and I appreciate you all taking good care of my car!

I made an appointment for new breaks, drove 3 and a half hours to get there and was told they didn't have the break pads for my car. They could order them and have them in a couple of days. But they went to a local auto parts store and got the break pads. Why would you not have the parts when I made the appointment more than a week in advance. A lady in the waiting room said it had happened to her once too. Sounds like poor management to me.

GO ELSEWHERE!!! Dealership obviously did NOT want my business, I did a online inquiry about a X3 that was offered online for $42,xxx.00, emailed the dealership, after hearing back from a lady by the name of Paige Asbury, I advsied what I was looking to do, however the next day the price for the SAME vehicle was RAISED to over $53,xxx.00 online. I was advised the $42,xxx price was an "error" however they could let me have the vehicle for $43,xxx, which already made me feel like I was going to experience issues. The sales manager Aaron Casto, who advised of the "pricing error" asked for pictures of my trade in which were sent promptly back to him on Wednesday, I never heard another word from the dealership. I took my business to BMW of Asheville NC who I contacted on Friday, and took delivery on my new car yesterday, 7/23/2022. This dealership seems to be a bunch of scam artist, buyers BEWARE.

Sales department is terrible. Called to verify vehicle was at the dealership that I was planning on purchasing before I drove to the dealership. Informed them that I lived 5 hours away and I was told that yes the vehicle is still at the dealership. So I start my drive and 3 hours into the drive I get a call to tell me the car has been loaned out to a customer and is not at the dealership. It’s nice to know that pre own cars gets loan around before customers purchase the car. I always thought when a dealership puts a car for sale it’s not a loaner but this was new to me. I wasted 80 dollars in gas and part of my day. They didn’t even make an attempt to make the problem right.
