I came in to buy a new phone, and unfortunately the customer service person who set up my phone was very disrespectful. I'm usually not one to complain, but the person whom i worked with, Eric Parks, had an earbud in the whole time as well as was scrolling on their phone on and off while typing or setting up my phone. It made the process much longer than it should've been, and i left a bit thrown off. I've never had an issue with US cellular before, and I'm sure it's just a one time thing, but i will prefer to stick to the Janesville US cellulars from now on.
