Best consignment shop in Hartland, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

I'm writing this as a review of this store, Design Exchange. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the owner. She is one of the rudest people that I have ever met. I can't believe that she is still in business! There was no," Hello, How can I help you, Let me explain the process of consigning an item..." I had never brought an item in for consignment and so did not know the process. She was rude, condescending and irritated that I did not know what to do. I was so frazzled by her that I broke a tea cup of mine that I was trying to unwrap. I was afraid to talk to her! I will never buy anything there again or consign anything. I also feel compelled to add that her employees on the other hand, are wonderful and helped me with politeness and respect. ~Judy
