WARNING to those going to this Jiffy Lube. We have been going here for several months for an oil filter and oil change. On May 27th I went there and stated the same thing I always state to the tech, "Just an oil change and filter, 10W 30 Conventional." After leaving the facility I looked at the invoice (something I normally do not do) and it said 5W 30. I called and explained that I requested 10W 30 not 5W 30 and that I would be back in a couple of minutes. I returned and explained again that I requested 10W 30 and they said they would change it out, but also stated that the last 3 oil changes that I received were 5W 30. Then they felt the need to "TRY" to school me on the difference between the 2 oils and how 5W is actually better and the only difference is during the start up process. This guy needs to be re-educated as it is recommended that 10W 30 is used in applications involving "Towing, Hauling, Heavy Loads, and Commercial use". The truck we are speaking of is a Commercial Use 2017 FORD F-350 Super Duty Wrecker/Service Truck and has 300,000 miles on it. When it was all said and done, they couldn't even change out the 5W 30 properly and overfilled the crankcase, because they didn't compensate for the filter that they didn't change out.
If you are looking for a quick oil change and what you say doesn't matter, then by all means visit this location. If you expect it to be done with what you request, find somewhere else. They don't listen, they don't know what they are talking about, and they do not care. Service: Oil change ~Vehicle
