Best fast food restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

Just picked up my order today 08/25/2022 That girl works in Popeyes was not being nice. I was asking for an extra honey mustard and she was telling me they will have to charge me extra. I mean I understand if I have to pay extra. But, The way she talks to me it was not nice. I am asian a nice Asian, and that girl is Asian but not the nice one. The food was not fresh at all. ~Jennylyn

Delicious subs with a nice variety to choose from. I usual get the Baja Chicken which is my favorite from Quiznos. This time I had the Classic Italian. It was ok but I didn't really care for this type of a sub warmed through the toaster. The bread is always great with their subs. This time I had the Jalapeño bread but I usually get the Rosemary bread. Both are good, although I was hoping the jalapeño would have been spicy. ~Jeremey

I just went there for lunch today and used the drive thru. The ordering went fine, with the exception that they did not repeat the order back or provide a total. At the window I received the wrong items and had to flag the staff member back to exchange the food with the correct items. No napkins, silverware, or butter for biscuits was given even though I had mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and a biscuit. I once again had to wave my hands to get the staff member back. I requested the napkins, silverware, and butter from them. They seem annoyed that I would ask. The staff member came back with a hand full of napkins and walked away once again. I still didn't get silverware or butter- I decided not to flag them down a third time and left angry. I never got a hello, a thank you, an apology for wrong items or for not getting the basic supplies needed to eat the food. It has taken me almost 2 years to try this location again, hopeful that it had improved, but this experience shows me they have not. I was the only customer they had and I couldn't get even a hint of service or accuracy. I am forever done with this location. After several years of not getting it right- the location should just be closed to avoid the community from having to deal with them. ~Jamie
