Best pizza restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

I went here with a group of women for a bridal/bachelorette party dinner and some drinks. The overall setting was pleasant and where we were seated had a nice view of the lake to some degree. I had originally ordered a burger and the waitress came back to say they had absolutely no burgers left so that was disappointing. I then ordered the Chicken Alfredo and that wasn't the best especially for the $20.00 it cost. The salad was decent enough. One 12oz Coors Light was $5.00 which is meh. I personally wouldn't dine here again but the waitress was friendly and attentive. The bathrooms were clean. ~Danica

I give this horrible experience a -1000. I had to call after 2 hours of waiting for food, I called just to hear that the driver got lost... How? When the business address is a very common and bus route and I have ordered from the same location multiple times. Just to have a fake manager named Nate who was so rude to where he finally offered a credit pizza for future order. Yet when my order finally came the driver didn't even get out his vehicle to deliver to the door. I had to walk to his car to get my food. And after walking he tried to hit me with his car. After calling Nat to complain his reply was " I will talk to him, we giving you a free pizza, what else do you want me to do" Lucky is all on camera ~Laner

Ordered a deluxe+jalapeños. Pizza I received was missing almost everything (jalepenos, onions, green peppers, sausage). Called to try and get the mistake fixed and was on hold for over 15 minutes. Hung up and called again and was back on hold for another 10 minutes. Gave up after that. ~MikeFriend152

Update: Visit 9/9/22 Disappointing… I have been coming here since the one in Middleton has closed. They usually get my food right. However, the last couple times they have left the food in the over too long. My pizza was over cooked, and it was hard. You know it’s too hard, when you lift to bite and it is stiff, it doesn’t bend or “flop” - my garlic knots (almost the last 4 times) they’ve been this dark. They’ve never been this hard and burned before. It was so disappointing and I didn’t want to eat them. Papa Johns used to be the best… but now I’m thinking rethinking about this location. What about east Washington Ave? Or university.. at this point anything is better than this location. ~Tasha
