Best shipping and mailing service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (WI) 2025

It was the night before Christmas Eve and all I wanted to do was send off a painting to my friend across the states. I was in a hurry and had to buy all the shipping supplies right at the post office. They were easy to grab and easy to use. I packed up my gift and off she went. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I was missing the other gift, I assumed i accidentally mailed it to my friend. It ruined my night. Imagine my surprise when the missing gift appeared IN MY MAILBOX ON CHRISTMAS. You guys are amazing. Thank you so much for realizing that I’m a basket case and would lose my head if it wasn’t attached. ~K

I keep getting mail that isn't mine even though I write NOT AT THIS Address. They've had so many floaters in my area these people are clueless. I've gone in and reported it yet still mail comes for at least 6 people. Worst thing done was that my carrier decided to take ALL of my mail and returned to senders saying the I Moved and left No forwarding address!!! I was and am so ticked because this caused and still causes me problems in getting my bills and and other mail. Worst Mail Service EVER!! ~Heather

While Joe is technically correct that this place exists, it's the absolute worst USPS ever. Their "holiday hours" remind me of Caddie Day in Caddyshack (Noon-2:30). But that's the least of the issue. The big challenge? Try finding this place. It's totally unmarked and buried in the bowels of the VA hospital. No parking available anywhere. I think I passed the Shroud of Turin and Bigfoot before finally finding this place. Also it's a shoebox and the clerk was a jag off. Never, ever, EVER again. ~Scott

Worst service ever...my tracked mail that cost over $600 was said to be delivered but I never received. I filed a claim which the USPS denied since tracker reflected a delivery. Also , I've had neighbors mail consistently delivered to my mailbox and even had one of my neighbors dropped off mail of mine. Usps..please find my mail!!!! ~Cathy
