They're quick and efficient. However, there is a particular male postal worker at the counter that can be pretty rude and it only gets worse every visit even after a Supervisor advised that they would address his condescending manner to me and others. At this point, I'll just wait on the location by my house to be open.

It was the night before Christmas Eve and all I wanted to do was send off a painting to my friend across the states. I was in a hurry and had to buy all the shipping supplies right at the post office. They were easy to grab and easy to use. I packed up my gift and off she went. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I was missing the other gift, I assumed i accidentally mailed it to my friend. It ruined my night. Imagine my surprise when the missing gift appeared IN MY MAILBOX ON CHRISTMAS. You guys are amazing. Thank you so much for realizing that I’m a basket case and would lose my head if it wasn’t attached.

My experience today was less than pleasant. I brought my emotional support dog inside which I normally don’t do but it is cold outside. The employees made a big deal because they are allergic and yelled across the room to me to ask if she was a service dog. The line was long and it’s cold outside. My dog was on my arms the whole time. What an unpleasant experience. If this location wasn’t the only one open I would have went to a different one! Such a shame!

I went to renew my whole family passports, and the kindest and customer service from the employees here was outstanding, specially from Simeone and Maurine, I think those are their names, I'll keep going there for sure.

The employees here have shown me nothing but kindness and have helped me frequently with sending out packages. Sometimes there are delays with sorting and scanning but that isn't something they can really help if there's too much mail and not enough people to do the work. They aren't perfect by any means, but they are trying their best.

I go to this location regularly because it’s the one that is still open after I get out of work. So the same employees are usually there. The one guys who is the tallest of the two always seems in a bad mood, rushing and not paying attention. The bad mood I don’t care about but the rushing and lack of attention always made me feel uneasy since the packages I ship are usually stuff I sell online. The reason I’m giving this review is because those things have actually cost me one lost package and one package that was a Christmas present missing for almost a whole month. I am sure he didn’t type the address correctly as I requested a picture of the package once it was recovered and I could compare my handwritten label with the correct address against what the USPS label. So people always ask to double check the addresses on the little screen even if you have a bunch of packages.

One of the best of Milwaukee locations; most efficient and cheerful staff. I have always been greeted with positive attitudes. They have some of the best music too!!

Went in at 9:45 yesterday, the hours posted indicate they close at 10pm. Doors were locked, not a person in sight, except for the other customers who were looking to do business too. Terrible, terrible service. This is a perfect example of why I use FEDEX or UPS whenever possible.

So I have to edit because my issue was resolved within a day. I was able to get a refund. Not sure where a my mail went, So that's something good. They have no problem returning your mail to sender if you go out of town and don't check your mailbox every week. They have no refund for a PO box even if they send your mail back every week. They lose your packages and put in the system that you picked them up. Supposed to be a felony to keep people's mail from them. But apparently it's an everyday thing at this PO. I only set up this box because my home mail was being sent back because I received those coupon mailers despite cancelling them. My home mailbox is crammed with circulars and my regular mail gets returned to sender. Is this considered okay? Someone needs to let me know if paying twice for mail delivery and not receiving it makes sense. Am I expecting too much? I see they pick and choose who to be courteous to. I can just picture the people who get 5 star service and give 5 star ratings. They don't look like me...
