The guys there are super friendly and seem to help out. They offer discounts to everyone which helps make the price a little more reasonable. For a simple oil change on a regular car, they are awesome. I had a rock guard on my car that needed to be removed for the service - 4 bolts. They apparently lost them and replaced them. Great you might think. Well actually they replaced them with the wrong size and when they used their power tools to put them on, they apparently forced them on. This stripped the bolts and ruined the threads where they attach. Not sure the torque specs on this but they were tight and used some power to get it on. The heads of the bolts they used were also starting to round off. Imagine trying to get this off. I had to use a long wrench and a special socket to not round the head off completely. Now I have to figure something else out. They also did not check the other fluids and I noticed a small oil leak today. Not there fault but I thought they would have mentioned something. ~K
