If you intend to use the ATM at this location on a regular basis, you will be disappointed. I use this ATM for business deposits on a regular basis, but have experienced several issues over the last few months, ranging from the touchscreen not responding, the ATM not accepting bills that have no issues, or even one instance where the entire ATM was simply off (no local power outage). Calling the branch is a waste of time, as they will simply tell you that the ATM self-reports any issues and claim they have no means of reporting issues. If the ATM doesn't know it's screwing up, it can't report itself. If the touchscreen isn't responding, it just thinks you're not there. If it's not able to scan bills, it just spits it back at you. When your branch on 76th & Morgan in Milwaukee had one of its ATMs ripped out of the concrete, I bet they didn't wait for the ATM to self-report it being stolen. Listen to your customers when they tell you an ATM is having problems and figure out a way to report it so that it gets fixed. Your customers deserve that much. I shouldn't have to give you a Google review to get someone's attention. ~Justin
