Best pharmacy in Saint Francis, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

Today is 6/18:2022, I went to the pharmacy and there were two employees who gave us very bad service. The lady was rude and the young man was trying to help but in very slow way. They were not helpful at all. They didn’t care about our questions at all! ~Dahlia

The blonde lady at the drop off window is so rude! I can't tell if she hates her job or if her life is just miserable. Maybe both? I have been there couple of time this month and I really dislike talking to her. The pharmacist, however, is very sweet and helpful. I feel bad he has to work with the blonde lady. I read reviews from 3 years ago and other people have complained about her. Why is she still there? This job is for people who love caring for other people. How sad is that while you sick you have to deal with someone who treats you as you are bothering her. I really hope Aurora management takes these reviews seriously. ~Thaime
