Never had a bad experience with the doctors but the pharmacy staff is the problem, the lady with the blonde hair and accent has a very bad attitude that needs changing

The blonde lady at the drop off window is so rude! I can't tell if she hates her job or if her life is just miserable. Maybe both? I have been there couple of time this month and I really dislike talking to her. The pharmacist, however, is very sweet and helpful. I feel bad he has to work with the blonde lady. I read reviews from 3 years ago and other people have complained about her. Why is she still there? This job is for people who love caring for other people. How sad is that while you sick you have to deal with someone who treats you as you are bothering her. I really hope Aurora management takes these reviews seriously.

They typically have my prescription filled fast, under 30 mins. It's hard to come in to get a flu and pneumonia shot though, and I went to a different location because of this. It's only available during certain days and hours, that change every week

Even though this location is more convenient for me,I will now be driving to ANY other location due to the very poor customer service. The wait time is always a factor, even if your prescription was called in and you receive a text or call to say it is ready for pick up.The staff is very rude and make you feel as though you are interrupting them by just showing up to pick up your order. On my last visit, about a month ago a nice young man named Kyle was there and was very pleasant and polite,I noticed his badge said "floater" so I know I cant count on him to be there.Just time to move on and not reward poor service.

Eva at the pharmacy is always so rude. Gives you minimal information and is so careless! Another one of the head pharmacists (I believe?) has also been extremely rude in the past consistently. Dark curly hair, accent of some kind. So sick of being treated like a burden! If I knew who their upper management was I'd e-mail them as well. You're better off choosing somewhere else for pharmacy needs if possible

Whether there is no one in line or 20 people in line you will always be stuck waiting for service. If your planning to pick up your meds here you will need to come with time and patience because waiting is always going to happen and the customer service is not likely to be good. I have gotten a couple kind pharmacist but it is very rare and disappointing, do better please. I work in the medical field as well and people who walk through your doors are already struggling with illness or problems and being nice for 5 minutes each is not very difficult.

The blonde lady at the drop off has been in a bad mood and very rude and short every time I use this pharmacy. Every time. Does she have her period constantly, because she acts like I am the worst person in the world for wanting my prescription. I am always polite to her and she is always a curmudgeon. Even today, my boyfriend went to drop off his scrip and she was mean to him.

They earn stars for having my prescriptions ready when expected but unfortunately the pharmacy team is the of the worst quality that I've experienced yet. I do not trust this pharmacy team. Both of the times I've been there I've waited in line at the pick up counter then when my turn came they appeared unable to find my pills and asked me to step to the next desk only to say "oh wait, its here" and asked me to get back in line at the same counter I have just finished waiting for. Get your act together! You can't trust medical professionals who are disorganized. And no one enjoys people who follow their mistake by failing to acknowledge that they may have just inconvenienced you or that they have failed to deliver efficient and friendly service. What could have easily been amended with an apology has now turned to disappointment and frustration and a growing concern that the substandard care is the normal manner of function at this pharmacy. It appeared there was poor communication between my physician and the pharmacist when I recieved conflicting information and I certainly believe that is a recipe for disaster with potential to do real harm. I also was disappointed in the pharmacists counseling when I was ready to leave. Traditionally I am informed with information such as the best way to take the pills, possible side effects, or specific information on how the drug will be used to help me and the opportunity to talk about those things was completely absent on my first visit and the second time the question "got any questions?" Was just thrown out casually as I was ready to leave which left me almost speechless as the only thought which came to mind "isn't it usually a pharmacists job to determine which information is most important for me to know before sending someone off with an unfamiliar drug" The care provided by this pharmacy team is simply substandard. I suggest for the peace of mind that you are in the hands of an efficient, organized, knowledgeable, and compassionate team you find another pharmacy for your needs. My family will not be returning here.

This place should be closed and maybe turn this room into something that will assist patients more, like a family waiting area? A pharmacy it should not be. I have had so many bad experiences with this specific location it is unbelievable, trust me I only use it when I have to. They have taken two weeks to get my eye medicine, and then messed up the prescription so even if I wanted to go somewhere else I couldn't. They have messed up other medication that I take several times, to which I'm without medication for weeks. Why would you run a medication through an insurance, when the customer pays cash for it? The staff well they are the worse that I have ever dealt with. Especially the pharmacy technicians who don't know what the HIPPO act is and make sure to loudly share your personal information. I would use her name, but I will save her the embarrassment! I have had prescriptions shorted several times, yes make sure you count your pills if you are using this pharmacy. The staff is rude right as you step to the counter, and they love to try and belittle you. If you want to be able to pick up your prescription when needed without any hassle, etc, I highly suggest using a different pharmacy. After over twenty plus years I am even considering finding new doctor. Lake Shore Medical has changed for the worse.
