They are always accommodating. Just know the close at 4pm...not at 7pm as noted on the website and door placard

Sometimes the lower price isn't worth the hassle. Feel trapped at Sam's club waiting for my car. 2 new tires.spend the extra $ go across the street to ntb. They will price match. Asked how much longer starting to worry.

I am a fan of Sams club until today, It was extremely crowed on a Sunday approximately 2 p.m I was ready to cash out. I had 2 gift card I used in self service it wasn't anywhere to insert cash. Two cashier came over and said it's debt/credit only, I was so upset no signs posted no one told me debt/credit only. One supervisor came over no help. I had to get back into the long line and wait another 20 minutes. I see nothing fare about this. If signs was posted I would have been another satisfied customer

For whatever reason it looks like the people working at the tire department don’t want to be there. I went there at 4:45pm selected my tires and was ready to pay for it and then the cashier says we are already closed for today. I went outside in frustration and they ans saw that theye were working on a car. I go there to shop for my business .. After this I will never go there for anything. Can’t beleive it’s Sams club. ( I am taking my business to Costco)

I purchased two tires and it took two hours to have them installed. Sam's club opens at 7:00 a.m. for plus members, I arrived at 9:30 a.m It's unacceptable that customers are treated so poorly at Sam's club.

Horrible customer service ever in Sams Club. Every GREEN vest "manager" referred me to another green vest. I finally just left the store very very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not likely to renew membership.

Expect a wait. Practically always. Not just for service but to even talk to a rep about what you need. Never had a problem with the technicians, but customer service is very hit or miss. An older man took great care of me once. There's also a woman who works there who literally sent me it on the road with a flat tire with a hole it putting my safety at risk rather than help me find a solution. She offered to sell me a new tire but told me they couldn't give me an appointment to install it until two days later. She basically told me to go somewhere else. I'm a plus member.

Went to get tire fixed after running over spark plug..took them 2 hours and 36 minutes to patch and they told me they had to try 4 times before it held the air pressure...well, it leaked couple months later. Went back to get it fixed and was told the card is in my wife's name and she needs to be present to fix leak. Seriously??? No problem fixing first time, why a problem now? Just stupid people there......

I went there three months ago when a tire blew out and I had my car towed in. I arrived around 10;40 and there was only one person ahead of me. We waited for what seemed like forever. It took almost 2 hours for them to put two tires on. I didn't want to shop, so we just sat there. I remember thinking that since it was close to lunchtime, maybe they were short-handed. When I got my car back, I kept hearing a rattle sound and finally realized it was coming from my spare in the trunk. They had not tighter the bolt. How much time does it take to tighten a bolt? It seems as if they would have done this within the two hours. Today, I looked at my receipt to see the mileage to see if it's time for a tire rotation and noticed that they had not written the mileage. Then I noticed that they wrote that I arrived at 12:12 and that my car was finished thirty minutes later. They lied on my receipt! They also wrote "declined" for battery check and I never even spoke to them about this. When I called to see if I could get my record to see what the mileage was, the woman told me it would take a long time. I won't be going back to that Sam's. The tire department has lazy people who misrepresent the truth. I am mad at myself for not noticing the odometer reading and false times on the receipt---I signed it and left without looking. I guess I was just so glad to finally have the car finished.

While checking out this afternoon , the little guy cashier is having to move many big bags of dog food from one cart to another(which I think is stupid) , the front manager Peggy and another employee Gene are standing their running their mouths instead of helping this guy. when myself and another person try to help the cashier those two suppose to be higher up walk away laughing. So we go to find out who these employee's are , who after having to ask Peggy what her name was cause she had her name tag turned backwards.. She proceeds to get nasty with us cause she wanted her name. We ask why neither her or Gene bothered to help the kid, Her reply was he should have asked! Sorry but when you see a co-worker needed help you help him.. Not this nasty lady(Peggy) she gonna walk over to Gene and talk about the employee and us(the customers).. Well guess what Peggy, I'll be contacting corporate as well as your store manager..
