Had a very good experience very nice staff good food clean bathrooms and great hot food selections and I have noticed 2 changes here like the fountain area and coffee area plus the hot spot now I see they added another small hot spot grill. ~Margarita

Their director of operations is a child molester, and their store manager (assuming he's still there; wouldn't surprise me if he was) is unable to obtain a liquor license, and thus can't even, by law, work there, much less manage the place. But the pizza is good, even though they cut corners, and the staff is friendly, even though they can't keep anyone. So yeah. ~Dom

I found that the Subway in Verona had the best workers ever. I got several different subs for everybody in our house at home which made six subs and one wrap and a cookie for everybody and I had coupons and the prices were great and the food was delicious. Everybody was very satisfied with their Subway sandwich from Verona. ~Donna

Not the first time I've had issues with this location, but definitely had an experience worth sharing last week. We ordered online, several hours before we needed to pick up, arrived at the pickup time, and the order wasn't started. 4 sandwiches were made and put in the bag, we took them across town for an event we were attending. When we opened the sandwiches, 2 were completely incorrect. We were unable to leave or call immediately to notify the store of the mistake. When I was able to call, I explained the situation to the person who answered and requested a refund for the incorrect sandwiches, the employee told me they could not find my order. I was asked to come in and request the manager, so I drove back across town and asked for the manager. An employee who told me his name was Daniel said he was the manager. I explained the situation, to him and requested a full refund, because at this time it was more than a mistake, it had become an inconvenience. Daniel told me he would not do anything because I didn't have any evidence of the order being wrong. After several rude exchanges, Daniel told me he could refund me half of my order and began working at his computer. He then told me he could not modify the order and told me I would have to come in the next day, which did not work for me, as I was leaving town. He then walked away. When I asked for the store manager's information from another employee, I was told they couldn't give me any information, and I would have to call the next day. Rather than offer any sort of apology from the staff for the mix up, I was met only with stubborn obstinance. If the owner of this store or corporate reads this, please know that there is a huge problem with your store. ~ben

I ordered the BLT with sour cream and chive (add on) french fries. The food was fabulous!! Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. Everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. Always a good thing. As customers we were required to wear a mask, which we had no problem with. However we were curious why the wait staff and all other employees were not wearing masks. On this day there was a mandate in effect. ~led

I go around to alot of store most of the time and I'm really happy when I can find what I need and more. This store definitely offers that! ~Dykaria

Never would've called a pharmacy visit enjoyable until going to Hometown in Verona. Gary is the absolute BEST at what he does. He treats everybody like a personal friend and goes out of his way to take great care of everyone. Started going there to pick up my grandma's prescriptions and he couldn't have been more helpful or kinder. Switched my prescriptions to there immediately. Even after moving 13 min out of town, I continue and will continue to go here. Could go on and on but please, check it out. Already have converted a handful of friends and family from Walgreen's and hope this helps bring more business to good people. ~Mike
