Not the first time I've had issues with this location, but definitely had an experience worth sharing last week. We ordered online, several hours before we needed to pick up, arrived at the pickup time, and the order wasn't started. 4 sandwiches were made and put in the bag, we took them across town for an event we were attending. When we opened the sandwiches, 2 were completely incorrect. We were unable to leave or call immediately to notify the store of the mistake. When I was able to call, I explained the situation to the person who answered and requested a refund for the incorrect sandwiches, the employee told me they could not find my order. I was asked to come in and request the manager, so I drove back across town and asked for the manager. An employee who told me his name was Daniel said he was the manager. I explained the situation, to him and requested a full refund, because at this time it was more than a mistake, it had become an inconvenience. Daniel told me he would not do anything because I didn't have any evidence of the order being wrong. After several rude exchanges, Daniel told me he could refund me half of my order and began working at his computer. He then told me he could not modify the order and told me I would have to come in the next day, which did not work for me, as I was leaving town. He then walked away. When I asked for the store manager's information from another employee, I was told they couldn't give me any information, and I would have to call the next day.
Rather than offer any sort of apology from the staff for the mix up, I was met only with stubborn obstinance. If the owner of this store or corporate reads this, please know that there is a huge problem with your store. ~ben
