I found that the Subway in Verona had the best workers ever. I got several different subs for everybody in our house at home which made six subs and one wrap and a cookie for everybody and I had coupons and the prices were great and the food was delicious. Everybody was very satisfied with their Subway sandwich from Verona.

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered two pepperoni pizza to go and they served cold and not cooked pizza. I even saw the employee taking pizza out of oven before it was even done. They also didn't give any napkins either. Worst service ever and will be the last time I will be ever going to this location.

I understand the need to work on call in orders, but NEVER turn down money standing at the counter. When the "sandwich artist" started working on call in orders AFTER making me wait for her to work on other call in orders, I almost walked out. Mind you my order was over $20 itself. This is NO WAY to treat an in person PAYING customer. I am dissatisfied with this level of service.

The app gave us a time to pick up the order but didn't give an option to pay and didn't place the order which we didn't realize. When we discovered it hadn't processed, it finally gave an option to pay and processed the order. The staff was great and filled it very quickly.

**Half of the employees were not properly wearing masks (nose completely uncovered)!!* Do not order online during rush hours. They will serve everyone else before your order. I just waited 40 min in the pick up area, when I should have jumped in line and have them make my order. Many people who arrived after me were served before my online online order was even considered.

This place really wasn't good. Which was 3 years ago. I have no idea if the place has improved and I'll never find out due to the bad experiences that I've had there in the past. It looks like they redone the place but you don't paint the house when the plumbing is the problem. Hopefully along with the rebuild their they improved the customer experience. My woman and I I only go to the Mount Horeb Subway locationbut I myself no longer eat there because I have lost 91 lb and I'd like to keep it off.

I love the chicken wrap, my husband any of their breakfasts and the patty melt. We are quite often there for breakfast and lunch. Lunch is a lot quieter. Breakfast is noisy. The service and speed of getting food is very good.

Went to this subway location tonight with my son. The employees didn't seem to know what we going on and kept asking each other questions. I asked for green peppers on my sandwich and the employee put cucumbers on. I apologized and told her that I wanted green peppers not cucumbers. She took the cucumbers off and put them right back into the container. Then my son was eating his sandwich and said he didn't ask for olives when he saw a black thing in it but proceeded to eat it anyway. He started gagging and I told him to spit his food out. The "olive" was the texture of dirt and smelled like garbage. I took the rest of the sandwich and the napkin up to the counter and the employees just looked at me then said it must have been from the toaster. His sandwich wasn't toasted. They asked me if I wanted a new sandwich and I told them no thank you that I would not be eating anything else from there but wanted them to be informed. I feel bad because I know it wasn't their fault necessarily but it was disgusting and from what I saw, the place was poorly maintained and staff poorly trained to handle food. Very dissatisfied with the service and products.
