Not the first time I've had issues with this location, but definitely had an experience worth sharing last week. We ordered online, several hours before we needed to pick up, arrived at the pickup time, and the order wasn't started. 4 sandwiches were made and put in the bag, we took them across town for an event we were attending. When we opened the sandwiches, 2 were completely incorrect. We were unable to leave or call immediately to notify the store of the mistake. When I was able to call, I explained the situation to the person who answered and requested a refund for the incorrect sandwiches, the employee told me they could not find my order. I was asked to come in and request the manager, so I drove back across town and asked for the manager. An employee who told me his name was Daniel said he was the manager. I explained the situation, to him and requested a full refund, because at this time it was more than a mistake, it had become an inconvenience. Daniel told me he would not do anything because I didn't have any evidence of the order being wrong. After several rude exchanges, Daniel told me he could refund me half of my order and began working at his computer. He then told me he could not modify the order and told me I would have to come in the next day, which did not work for me, as I was leaving town. He then walked away. When I asked for the store manager's information from another employee, I was told they couldn't give me any information, and I would have to call the next day. Rather than offer any sort of apology from the staff for the mix up, I was met only with stubborn obstinance. If the owner of this store or corporate reads this, please know that there is a huge problem with your store.

Music was extremely inappropriate. Multiple racial slurs and cursing. The two workers left their dirty purple gloves all over the place. Tables and counters had not seen a cleaning rag in a long period of time and the bathroom was dirty. Find a different Jimmy Johns.

Typically they been really good, but today I placed an order with Jimmy John’s being roughly 8 blocks away from my work. 45 minutes later and I call the store to check my order. I said I was calling to check on a order and was told they are busy and it will be there in 10 mins. I asked him if he even wanted my order confirmation to know which order I’m calling about. Didn’t even get to finish telling him the order number before I got cut off and was told “it will be another 10 minutes or so till we get it to you”. I get it’s hard to find people to work, but when the employees sound like they don’t really care it makes want to not order from there anymore.

I put in a request to have someone contact me a week ago, and not surprisingly, I'm being ignored. One week ago on Sunday at 2 PM, I did an online order. I picked up my sandwich and drove home. When I got home, I noticed someone forgot to add an expensive ingredient to my sandwich. So I called up and asked for a manager. Was passed over to a young man with a LOT of attitude. He stated that I, the customer, was wrong, and that I could drive back all the way to the Verona store to pick up the one missing ingredient...with my now soggy sandwich? Turns out, I got the wrong sandwich. I understand mistakes happen and orders can be wrong. But what I won't accept is this kid's attitude. It was atrocious and unacceptable. I could sense a cocky smirk and an F.U. attitude. I've had similar instances in the past of being treated like I'm burdening the employees every time I go in this certain location. In fact, I can't think of a time where the staff was pleasant. Looking at past reviews, attitudes at this location seems to be an ongoing situation that never gets corrected. I will not be back to this, or any other Jimmy John's locations as this experience really turned me off.

Was in today at 12pm. Two guys working. Did not say a word to me except what ya need. After ringing me up he said “you a member”. Once my sandwich was finished the guy threw it across the counter towards me where I was getting a Soda and said here. Wow, what service. I’d look into replacements if I was the boss there. I like Jimmy John’s, but don’t like rude service.
