I’m really confused about the negative comments. I paid for a shellac manicure and pedicure and am pleasantly surprised and super happy with my experience! Among the salons i have been to, they offer the best human touch! For the pedicure - they scaled my soles and massaged my feet with lotion. For the manicure, they again massaged my hands with lotion. They offer several personal supplies - slippers are common amongst all salons but they had individual brushes to brush your nails. All employees worked as a family (unsure if they are actually a family). While the older gentleman did my pedicure, one of the younger females started on removing my hand nail polish. Someone commented that they don’t use an electric drill. Frankly, I’m glad they wrapped my nails in acetone and brushed it off (not sure which method is better but the latter felt safer). Whenever there was a break, one employee or another constantly worked so no time was lost on my experience or on anyone else’s experience (while it started off with just me, before my mani/pedi ended, 6 people came in). Some employees didn’t speak English so if you are hoping to have a conversation, i would suggest asking for someone who can! I personally enjoy relaxing without trivial conversations like “how are you” or “what’s new with you.” So again if you prefer having conversations, ask for someone who speaks English and request conversation. Also, the whole experience took ~1.5 hrs and To me that translates to ~1.5 hrs of relaxation time without stressing about the next agenda item in our already busy lives! Professionally, I’m extremely happy with the quality they delivered (see pics). They even offered little slips to keep your pedicure knowing that winter boots are a thing! Perhaps the biggest surprise was finding out that the price, which frankly is a bargain for their efforts. If I had to pick a negative, I would say their massage chairs are not strong or perhaps simply old. The chairs deliver swedish massage level just fine but not deep tissue, which is what I prefer! Give them a chance and be kind even if they don’t speak English or have conversations and I’m sure they will delight you! ~Suma
