I will never be returning because of how smart Anna’s mouth is. Holding a price list close to my face as if I can’t read or add doesn’t fix your misinterpretation in your service list. Prices are not clear for services, there are too many added fees and costs that AREN'T clearly listed for customers to even be able to understand. They need a clear list of all the uncalled for extra fees that they add. I was told “you’ve been coming here so you should know our prices”. No way to talk to a customer. Very slick mouth and very disrespectful comments. The customers who react to the disrespect always get shunned upon, but the slick comments and attitude should be too. Anna needs a customer service class on how to speak to her clients.

I had an appointment scheduled but still had to wait 20 minutes which annoyed me but the ladies were so nice and friendly I got over it. Came back next day for more services... my water for my pedicure was ready, warm and waiting on me ;)

Horrible experience here! Extremely unprofessional. A worker was sleeping in the pedicure chair with her shoes off 😂 . But the man that did my nails cut my fingers in several places from filing too hard, making them bleed. When asked for a partial refund, all I received was a $10 off for next service to “try another person.” I will not be returning. Service: Manicure

I"ve been to several nail salons in Tosa, and I can tell you this is by far the "BEST" salon. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

When I first started going , I thought I had finally found a fit where I can feel comfortable getting my nails and feet done, it was clean and in a nice area. Then reality hit, very unorganized, they usually take appointments but I still would have to wait , I felt as if it was only me that had to wait even with appointment. The shop would then try and make it seem like it was my fault or they would justify the reason I had to wait. They clearly need more workers, attitude very rude, unprofessional. Only good thing about this shop is location and it’s clean, every time I got tips most of my nails would pop off then when Came back for repair after two days the owner would still charge me and say it’s my nails for the reasons the tips are popping off. To be honest most nails shops in this state are unprofessional and the services sucks. I cal two days no more than 24 hours in advance for appointment and they still seem to be always confused about appointment. Terrible terrible… I hate to play the race card but I can tell I was on lower priority and I noticed all AA were as well. Get it it together finest nails, it’s beginning to be real unprofessional especially being located in Tosa..,. Never going back. Just lost a good customer Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Love, love, LOVE this place! Always my go-to, especially when I'm in a pinch! They can almost always accept walk-ins which is great for my busy schedule. (Photo shows nails after 1 week of wear- no chips!)

My nails looks horrible. I went in for a fill and I literally could not hold in my tears before leaving I will never be going to them again. So they just called me and told me that it was my fault that I didn’t say anything and that my nail shape was due to the person who did my nails before and I should have cut them down. If you know anything about acrylics you know that over the course of two weeks they naturally change shape. It’s called filing them and getting them back to a nice clean shape. These people are so unprofessional and I hate that I even paid them and tipped them as well/ Will definitely not be coming back and I don’t recommend going there. I have gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times and the experience keeps getting worse.

Horrible. 3 days after gel manicure, nails chipped and came off. Went back on day 4 to fix them and said they couldn’t get me in. Do not use Linh Services: Manicure, Gel manicures
