The five stars is for an Employee named "TIARA"...... Her name itself defines who she is. A JEWEL.... My husband makes jewelry. I lost a beloved earring. The remaining earring rested in my hand. I'm a senior citizen unable to get on my knees to search. TIARA knelt down and found every single piece that held that earring together ....including the simulated Pearl. TIARA has more than earned her Crown as an employee. I hope management rewards her. Often Employees go unrecognized. Employees that go that extra mile should RECOGNIZED & REWARDED. TARGET hit the bulls-eye when they hired This one! And I Thank you.... ~Carol
