The five stars is for an Employee named "TIARA"...... Her name itself defines who she is. A JEWEL.... My husband makes jewelry. I lost a beloved earring. The remaining earring rested in my hand. I'm a senior citizen unable to get on my knees to search. TIARA knelt down and found every single piece that held that earring together ....including the simulated Pearl. TIARA has more than earned her Crown as an employee. I hope management rewards her. Often Employees go unrecognized. Employees that go that extra mile should RECOGNIZED & REWARDED. Best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store, authorized retailer or otherwise. Was there a month ago to transfer data from an old phone to a new one I brought in, and the worker was incredibly helpful. She answered every question my friend and I had, and even walked me through the transfer process step by step. It took a while, and she was so friendly! It made the time fly by. If I ever need a new phone or accessories, this is the store I'll be heading to. ~Jon
