Thought my starter was going so I picked up a new one with my life time warranty and received a new one! Well I guess it wasn't so I returned it and received my refund and no problems! I'm sure I will be back when it does go though.

Brought in a car battery to charge, told I needed to be back by 9PM. Came back at 8:52PM and the doors were locked, she stared at me from across the store then refused to acknowledge me or open the door while I’m knocking on the window in the freezing cold, walked off to the back. Two employees stared at me from across the store and finally after 9PM one opened the door to give me back my battery. Prior to this I was told that I could not return an oil drain plug that I was told by them would fit my car (it didn’t) because there was oil on it and nobody would want it, until finally she called her manager.

if I could give 0 stars I would. everytime i come in for a battery test or a diagnostics test I am told the equipment doesnt work. you should probably take the "Free Electrical Testing" sign off your windows; or train people to use the testers, or fix your equipment... I will never be coming back to this locations. very disappointed...

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Deducting a star because you should really have 2 wheel hubs in stock. Most normal people are going to replace both wheel hubs at the same time. Common sense tells you that if one wheel hub is bad, the other isn't far behind. They only had one, so I had to go over to AutoZone for the other one.

I believe when you purchase a merchandise for a week you should be able to return it in a week if you don't want the product, return can be at any O'Reilly auto store with your prove of purchase. This guys at this location Greenfield ave Milwaukee, do not like to accept merchandise from another stores, they give excuses and that not right. beware

Slow, counter workers don't seem to have the urgency to help you out in a timely fashion. If you are getting your battery, alternator checked or need check engine trouble codes pulled, be ready to wait at the back of the line....
