These guys are always nice, polite professional and a big help! Damari helped me find parts with patience and a professional attitude which is why Blumound is my favorite store, but they all seem to be great! Unfortunately I'm here alot! 🤣

Stopped in thinking we had a bad car battery. Mike assisted us by coming into the parking lot and testing the battery. He determined it was bad and we asked about replacing it and he said he would do it. Took us back into the store picked out a new battery, paid for it and went back out side to replace. It started to rain and he completed the job in the POURING rain. Could not have been kind or more helpful

***Beware*** tried the door during posted hours, it was locked. I went back to the car and called which in that time someone else came tried the door and left. Associate answered and informed me of a one policy where only one customer is allowed in the building at a time. We are currently waiting in now a few person line since we shared the word with others as they came. It would have been nice to have this policy posted on the door or when the other store, (where they have no policy) sent us to this store for the part we needed, could have informed us. Hope all goes well inside as it is our turn now. 🤞

Great staff! They were super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help check and put in a new battery with no extra cost! The price of the battery was reasonable and better deal than anywhere else. They even put windshield fluid in for me when they didn’t have to. On top of that it was freezing outside, so they really did go out of their way to help me as I was with all three of my kids. Staff even gave them a little treat, which I thought was really kind and made us feel welcomed. The location is great for me and I will surely return. I would like to thank the staff and let them know that I appreciated their service.
