Excellent service! I have been banking here for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. I love this location! It is convenient for my needs and my hectic schedule. I love when it is busy, the manager will step in and assist. I am in and out in no time. I always find my way back to this location no matter what part of town I am on.

Margaret was training Seferina and they moved quicker and more sufficient than most seasoned employees there. You’ll be lucky to bump into one of those two at the MillerPark location.

Pathetic customer service, no hi, how you doing, how can I help you, or what can I do for u today? Then when I say thank you, I get a stare! I made a deposit now twice for a friend and thank god I don’t bank here!!! Both times I got the same kind of customer service. I have to be the one to initiate what I come there for.

Saturday September 3rd, 20 people in the line at the bank with 2 of three windows open and a teller standing doing absolutely nothing. 1 teller closed the window with the line still growing. Need to work on helping customers get in and out in a timely manor.
