She broke down every detail, was patient, didn’t aggressively try to up charge for other products and stayed past closing time to finish our purchase and transition to Verizon. Had issues after the sale was told what i wanted to hear only to find out later. The price stated for my trade in was not given. Buttons fell off the case i bought in store in under 2 weeks. The screen protector installed didn't work with the in screen fingerprint scanner... Far from happy with the sales person i dealt with

Best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store, authorized retailer or otherwise. Was there a month ago to transfer data from an old phone to a new one I brought in, and the worker was incredibly helpful. She answered every question my friend and I had, and even walked me through the transfer process step by step. It took a while, and she was so friendly! It made the time fly by. If I ever need a new phone or accessories, this is the store I'll be heading to.

Today I made the best choice by visiting this Verizon store! Lee and Sweeta made purchasing a new phone the easiest process ever. It took all about 45 minutes and I was out of there with everything I needed. But really this duo/location knows what they are doing! I highly recommend this store above others!!! I’ve been to other Verizon locations and have not nearly been as impressed with the customer service and experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
