Horrible, ice cream machine don’t work! Coffee machine don’t work! Gave me a plain hamburger when I ask for a cheese burger fries were cold! Just pathetic and then I was told it was fully staff and everybody was playing around…Just can’t get good customer service anymore!!!!

Update below: If you pay attention, this McDonald's has one of the highest reviews (slightly) out of all of them nearby. That's for good reason. They do things right. I hate rating mild poison 5 stars, but this place does what seems to be rare these days. Always kind, professional, and the orders are right. I have two closer McDonalds'. but I usually try to go to this one when I want McDonald's because of how great it is. Update: i take back what I said about customer service. Lady taking orders at the window today on Oct 26th 2022 at 12:41 P.M, order 26, KS#13 was a b*tc* or at least that's how I interpreted it. Anyway, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Also, I get the feeling she's a racist although I do realize it could be one or several of a million things. Maybe the woman could tell a probability of a white voice & used that. 🤔. Disgusting if so, but again- no proof. I hope she finds happiness, b/c, you know, being a racsist pr*ck can't be healthy... This made me really sad as it would anyone 😭. Anyway, hve a nice day ;-)

This is the 2nd time that they “can’t see” my order via the app. And no manager to try to help, no option but to pay full price when I have points accumulated. They’re also not very polite during this issue, like laughing about the situation when I get to the pick up window.

Ordered 2 caramel macchiatos and were told they were making them and pull down to the next window. This cross eyed girl came to the window with a whole attitude. Gave 2 drinks one was a cup with ice and just white milk in it and the other looked like some bad prune juice. When asked why they look this way? She rolled those awful eyes and and took a deep breath as if that wasn’t her job to do it the right way in the first place. I told her to forget it since she has that attitude there’s no telling what she would do them. It’s really sad $6.16 wasted. I will never go there again!!!

This is the worst McDonald’s in Baton Rouge. They asked me to pull forward to the next window and left me sitting there for 40 minutes. Once I reminded them that I was still there they got my order together but when I got home it was still missing items and condiments. Called back asked the manager to make it right so she said come back tomorrow, so I did. She offered us only what she left off the order instead of replacing the meal. If you mess up the order replace the meal I did not pay for a partial meal I paid for a whole meal. It’s not the customers fault when you fail to do your job. And on top of that the sister had an attitude as if she was being inconvenienced. So never go to the McDonald’s at 9750 Florida Blvd, BatonRouge, LA 70815 if you want to get what you order in a timely manner. So I returned this morning and all I received was more unprofessional inefficiency and apathy. I asked her (manager) on yesterday to give my kids and I an apple pie for the 40 minute wait and she lied and said we don’t have any apple pies. Instead of fixing the problem she caught that attitude as if our time meant nothing, five kids waiting 40 minutes in a truck. And her nasty condescending attitude was still alive and well when I spoke to her this morning. I’m disappointed and just done with this establishment! As of today 9-17-2022 I won’t be going back there for anything. There is a serious need for new management at this location it was not always like this.

BEST MCDONALDS HANDS DOWN!! NAPKINS, Ketchup! WITHOUT ASKING! 3 windows is a little weird. But it gets the job done! Mrs. PAULETTE!! I had to ask her name she was so awesome

Cashier was rude and they forgot my sons chicken nuggets in his happy meal. Plus I waited in a 30min line and happy meals were the only thing I ordered. Then when I called the guy answering the phone seem upset that I had an complaint.
