I called ahead and they told me they had what I wanted. I walked in and purchased with the appropriate cuts I wanted. The inventory was wrong so I they ended up making the cuts I needed out of what they had. Felt like a good experience at first.. Except they told me I measured wrong because the cuts weren't as expected with the different sizes. They were able to get what I needed from the cuts but didn't have the excess. I sort of had to insist and technically agreed to slightly less of a refund. It was a $5 hiccup that was made right so leaving it at 3 stars. Potentially could have been an hour of my time and a lot worse if I didn't persist. I don't think I can trust them to have what I want in stock before driving the 30 minutes so will use as a last resort only.
