This is hands down one of the best CVS locations I’ve ever frequented. The staff is so friendly and assistive. The pharmacy is overwhelmingly helpful even though they seem short staffed. The pharmacists, Raven and André, are so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, even when people are not very kind to them. They, along with their techs, have gone above and beyond to assist me and my family. Thank you for your continued excellence!

It's really pointless to leave a review here because they obviously don't care about customer service. The young pharmacist was openly complaining about his job while 6 people were waiting in line behind me. His accomplice, the ditsy blonde knucklehead, was laughing with him as he continued on about how much he had to do and that he should quit this job. I got to hear this first hand since I was waiting on a prescription to be filled at the counter. This place is a horror show.

Worst drive thru ever. 45 minutes to pick up one RX that was ready for a family member. So glad I'm a Walgreens customer.

The people who work at this location are unfailingly polite and patient, but there are not enough employees to man the pharmacy, so one must pick one's times carefully, or expect to wait a long time.

I am currently at the drive thru window waiting for someone to come and ask what I need. I have been waiting for 21 minutes and NO ONE came. I had to blow the horn for someone to come and NO ONE answered the phone I was on hold for 10 minutes no one ever picked up.. This is the most horrible service I have ever had here..However the pharmacist was really nice and apologized but they need some help over there and FAST

March 13, 2019- The pharmacist refuse to fill my daughter's pain medication for dental surgery. I was told that it was an FDA regulation. opiate medications could not be prescribed for cough and cold reasons. When I called the pharmacist and told him that it was not for cough or cold or tonsillectomy as the paper stated and it was for oral surgery, he told me I was wrong, after having me on hold for 30 minutes, told me I was rude, and told me to take my prescription to another pharmacy. If it's an FDA regulation, why would another pharmacy be able to do it? And if he couldn't fill it knowing that it was for a minor, why didn't he call and try to help me? This is someone I'm supposed to trust with my medical needs! I ended up going to the next closest CVS and they filled it just fine. Dear Pharmacist Andre, I spoke with your district manager and even he agrees you gave less than adequate customer service. I hope you'll use this as a learning experience. February 2019- Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Between waiting 5 hours for a doctor-sent prescription, being texted that my husband's meds are ready when they are not and NO ONE knowing how their own app and auto-text systems work, I'm about done with CVS. I NEVER had a problem at Target or in Youngsville. WTF is wrong with these people that they're the ONLY CVS that doesn't embrace the customer service standards set by their peers??!?!?!

Is there a minus star option? Nothing but problems every time! Either on hold forever then disconnected or get notification that prescription is ready but get there and it hasn’t been filled. Latest is no auto refill 5 days past date and no notification on app except that it is in process. Automated system says just that it’s not ready. Waited 15 minutes on hold then disconnected again. Going there now to get this one prescription I need then transferring all others to anywhere but here. Will go inside because wait in car line was 30 minutes last time with only 2 cars ahead of me. How is this place even staying in business with such poor service? Update: Got to store and only one car in line, nobody waiting inside but they can’t answer the phone? Three people behind counter. Got prescription filled quickly but done with this place. Heard car customer send their prescription back because it was wrong. SMH

Edit 12/15/17: Received a bronchitis diagnosis and the clinic sent in 3 prescriptions (2 antibiotics and 1 cough syrup) before 10 AM. I called before I got home to get an idea of when they should be ready. Was told that they couldn't tell me that. They enrolled me into text alerts. Received a text at 10:49 AM saying "We're placing a special order for Rx PR. Will text you when ready." I called back AFTER 4:30 PM because I never received another text or call. Was informed that the 2 antibiotics had been ready but that they didn't have the cough syrup in stock. They never called to let me know and never checked other locations for the cough syrup until I asked. I am finally home with all of my medication 8 hours later. This is the most frustrating location of CVS I've ever dealt with. I will be taking my business to Walgreens in Broussard instead. Original review: Stopped accepting drop-offs at 4:00 PM when the pharmacy closes at 9:00.

Kept me on the phone for 19 min to be exact so I get in car and drive there and they have one customer in car line and no one in inside line with two people working and she was rude to me. Then at the end of all this I still don't have my medicine! I have ulcers and inflamed esophagus stomach and small intestine but yeah no one wants to help me out and they just made my day even more shittier with their poor customer service!!
