Went to att for a new phone. Jauimarl took care of me, had me in and out quickly. Hes very nice and friendly guy. 100% recommend him everytime.

The worst. Took four days and hours of repeating myself to get att wireless/ asurion att insurance to send replacement for my iPhone that I have been paying $8.99 per month for iPhone insurance. (My 1st claim and only claim since ever. I have paid for ATT insurance since 2009). I give ATT zero stars and ASURION negative 1 stars. Bad service, poor communication, claim website is a joke of a failure. Carencro Att store on hector Connelly street staff needs training. Poor service. The man was not attentive and not helpful. Then an hour later a woman worker walks in, lays on her stomach on a piece of furniture while playing on her iPhone. It was weird and rude.

They stole my phone. I traded in my phone that I owned outright on an upgrade to a phone I didn't really want but would give me an $800 trade in credit. Came back two days later (well inside my 14 day return policy) and returned it, along with a $50 restocking fee, but they refused to give me my phone back or apply the credit to another device. So they have their phone + $50, my phone that I own, I don't have a credit towards anything, and for me to get anything else I now have to pay full price. How is this not theft?! UPDATE: The response from the owners is just for show. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago as per their request and never heard a thing in response.

Ralph was absolutely wonderful with all the help, courtesy he showed me, and resolved all the issues I had switching over a line to AT&T. Helped walk me through a new phone also during a phone call hours later. He couldn't have been more kind to me and the crazy situation with my previous carrier issues. A+++++

Purchased an iPhone 13 day before yesterday only to noticed it had a defect. Returned to the store and they said I had to go to the orchard for test to make sure. I did it was confirmed that it had a defect. They would NOT do an exchange told me it was an Apple problem. Well 3 hours on the phone with Apple and then AT&T. Still no solution. I have called several times to speak with manager only to be told he’s not available. I also found out this is considered a 3rd party store so different rules apply. Talk about buyers remorse. I can only hope that the owner will read this and get back to me asap.

We went to the Carencro store to do an upgrade on both phones the representative acted like we were taking up his time yes we had to turn around and order both phones I asked if we could go back and he could help us set it up he was very hesitant in saying yes I sure wish I had gone to the Louisiana Avenue store or Congress .he never explained any details on the IPhone 11 and we ordered 2 of them. You never even told us that was a $60 upgrade fee even though we were ready for an update for like two years why would they charge a $60 upgrade never mentioned anything about it nothing so I called AT&T and they backed it off my bill . I can understand being charged $60 for an upgrade fee if I wasn’t ready for an update but they’ve been telling me for over two years that I can upgrade my phones. The iPhone 6s that we have right now were bought in ( Carencro ) but I promise you I wasn’t treated by the representative then like I was this week . I wish he would NOT credit or Commission on the sale I think when we go back in tomorrow to set up our new phones which came in today I’m going to ask for Alex, somebody that may be knows how treat a customer with respect.
