What those other people said....Yep Yep Yep!!! I needed my ring custom made with my mother's very special stone. After checking out the stores in BR then a few in New Orleans, my friend says, " Oh, I don't know why I didn't think of Jack Hood, that's where I got my ring made years ago!". I think she was looking for an excuse to hit NOLA😏. When you walk through the door, I don't think they see money, I think they see someone who wants something special but doubts it is within reach - they make it happen! You get to see your design on computer and hold a fine- detailed version in your hand before committing 👍. There is NO worry that the stone you walk in with is the same one you walk out with. Big or little, custom order or out of the case, they warmly "got your back.💞
