We pre ordered a hybrid car. The whole process we had to ask over and over for updates and we’re often given vague answers or no answers until after several attempts. Then we were told they added a “premium” charge of over $ 5,000 and said it was normal for these new cars to have a market rate adjustment. This was never posted anywhere and they said they aren’t allowed tk post that on their website. Then it took them over 2 months to pay off our trade in and we were still having to make payments on that vehicle as well. Then we called about 5 times to ask a question about our service plan and kept getting sent to a voicemail. We bought another vehicle this week from a different Hyundai dealership and had a completely different experience. It was so much better. We didn’t realize how shady the interaction was with this dealership until we had such a great experience at the other one.

We recently purchased a certified used car from Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Hyundai. We were most impressed by the personal attention, a quality product, fair price, and honest salesmen. I would like to especially thank Frenchie and Archie for their friendship, professionalism, and help finding the right car. The gentleman in the finance department made the process easy and quick. It is obvious that everyone, including parts and service, puts the customer first. You are not forgotten when you pull off the lot. They also follow up to show appreciation and check on your satisfaction. We plan on being loyal customers. You won’t find a better team anywhere.

Went in to look at a new Hyundai Sonata Limited and of course with chip shortages they didn't have any. Was told by the salesman "Why buy new? We have a 2021 on the lot with 1000 miles go look at it!" So I wait, and wait, and wait some more. Half hour goes by and they still have me waiting since nobody can find the key. Right as I'm about to leave, they find the key and I check it out and it has 10k miles on it not 1k. Ask about the price, was several thousand over a new one. Say I'm not in a rush to buy a car and would rather new and get the runaround about why buying used is better than new. Decide I should just go and Frenchy (salesman) spends another 5 minutes showing me the "car moves from the key fob" parking feature. Tell them it's not a feature I'd ever use and try to leave again. Get asked "So what can I do to sell you this car today?" Told him to remove 10k miles from the odometer or charge a reasonable price for a used car. Left never wanting to go back to a Hyundai dealership ever again.

My car was towed to them on June 17 and is still sitting there as of July 11. They had to order parts in which they did not update me on until I had to call them several times. Then when they did get the parts it in, it didn't fix the problem and they said that they had to order another part which would take 7-10 days to arrive. So here I am, still waiting on my car to get fixed with very few updates and no one seems to know anything. I have been without my car for almost a month and still have no idea when it will get repaired. I will not be taking my car back to this hyundai dealership.

First time owner of a Hyundai and the experience has been a winner from the start. Purchased a 2022 Limited Santa Cruz Hampton Grey and we absolutely love the vehicle. Right after the purchase we took a short vacation with a 12 hour drive one way. Cooling seats were a winner winner chicken dinner. As a whole the purchase was and has been amazing. I'm writing this because again the experience was above and beyond. My wife went to get our permanent plate and ask if we could get in for an oil change as we were just over 5k in miles.. got it right in and got us back on the road quickly.. One of the best service jobs I have ever had! Christan in service was wonderful! I had a lot of work that needed to be done and it was done wonderfully. When I was driving back home I was like I don't hear my engine anymore. I will definitely be coming back here from now on since they are open on Saturdays for service. Thank you so much! I a very happy customer! Edit: Still the best place to get my vehicle worked on. Very transparent and quickly done even when they are busy.

I called the parts department today to see if they had parts available for my unit. I can totally understand being put on hold, even for an extended period of time, but I cannot respect nor accept the way I was treated after eventually being helped. To start, before I was even put on hold, the associate on the other end said "I'm busy doing something" then I was on hold for 10 minutes. I would have appreciated some courtesy or a nicer tone amidst buying a part for essentially whatever the cost would be. After finally getting on the line, I was put on hold literally after every few sentences we exchanged. While they were researching the part, I was put on hold. If they looked to see if another vendor had the part, I was put on hold. It gets pretty obnoxious when you sat on the phone listening to horrible jazz music for 10 minutes and then you have to do it again over and over. To cap, the associate didn't give me any sort of "Have a nice day" or "Goodbye", they just hung up. I call many parts vendors every day and this was definitely one of the worst interactions I have experienced. I can't speak on their other departments practices, but if you are looking to have a smooth transaction and conversation for business purposes, literally just call any of their competitors and you will probably be better off.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a dealership in all of my experiences. I had a not so good experience the first time that i used their service, but I thought I would give them another shot. I dropped my vehicle off Saturday, and the intake person was rude, and acted like he didn't want to hear what I had to say. When he called back, he had very little information to offer as to what was actually wrong with my vehicle, and he said his specialist would look at it Monday if I could leave it. Now, today is Monday, and after not getting any information all day, I called, just to be told they couldn't figure out the issue and would have to keep it another night. The communication has been poor, and the results are little to none.
