Our sales rep. Hanna was AMAZING. She was very patient with me and my fiancé because we didn’t know what we wanted and she gave us so many options some pricey some cheaper and asked question to help us find the scent that we ended up getting 10/10 experience definitely will be going back!

stopped in today trying to find a replacement perfume for refuge that was discontinued. both of the ladies working were super nice,helpful and very personable. i smelled probably 30 perfumes and not once did they make me feel like they didnt want to help me. fantastic experience

We bought our fragrance here. Good deal, they have buy one get 50% off the 2nd one. Lots of choices. It's quite expensive but hey what can you expect for a name brand fragrance right?

Bought a 3.4fl oz. bottle of Craze Noir for men. I got home and was thrilled with my purchase until I looked it up to find that it goes for around $24.95/ bottle. They were charging $69.99/ bottle because they are a rip off. Avoid this hell hole at all costs. You would be WAY better off going to the mall. What a ripoff!!!!

Well worth the stop.... I had a return because the bottle was split in half. The young lady exchanged my bottle. Beside great price for all their fragrance. They love having your business. GREAT PLACE!!!!!

Overpriced and customer service is the worst. They will not leave you a second without talking to you and pushing you to make certain purchases. A lot of Arabic products ( which are very good) but are overpriced (They sell CDNIM for $70 while you can get it from amazon for $24) . They have their own brands trying to sell claiming that the designer was working with Tom Ford. I paid $125 for 2 bottles after the discount and in real they only cost around $80 full retail price from amazon.

Decent prices. Don't be fooled, however, these items (quality) are made specifically for outlet stores. Fragrance here bottled date is too old for regular stores.

If there was a way to give a negative 5 stars, I would. This place is under new ownership for two years, the previous owner I shopped with for years she was a awesome business owner and lady I could go in looking for certain scents and she would get them for me if she didn't have it. The clowns in there now, are unprofessional lacking knowledge and they are dishonest. The item she put in my bag isn't the item I paid for! However, I walked in on last night to get something different from what I currently have. I was given one price I looked at my receipt this morning and realized I got gotten! Yes I blame myself for not checking my items before I left the store but I'm still filing a complaint with the Tanger Outlets Corp. As well as the city of Gonzales tax assessors office. I can deal with dishonest people! Oh and shop on eBay and stay away from this place! I've never had any issues buy anything on eBay. The tester that a got alone with the bottle of Allure cologne, they are not even supposed to be selling it yet they retailed it at $54.95 as a regular bottle of Burberry LONDON. Please be aware of these people and this vender.

I love Tanger and decided to gift myself a day of shopping. I walked into this store after putting the 12th bag into my car. There were 2 women and a child laughing and giggling at the entrance. At least one of the women worked there. There was no greeting which was odd considering I was greeted at every single store I went into. It's a little unorganized with perfume and cologne lining the shelves. The lone woman behind the counter just stared at me. I asked to smell one perfume and she made it seem like a huge task. I then asked to smell another because I was between the two. I tried to strike up a conversation by asking "so all of the perfumes are different prices?" To which she replied "yep". Nothing is labeled with the price so I couldn't compare what I'd pay at a department store. I proceeded to leave because obviously they didn't want a sale. I ordered both perfumes online that night. Customer service is so important!
