Two best words to describe the staff. Rude and Incompetent. Waited an hour for a sandwich, coleslaw and a drink ordered through the app. When I finally got it, they nearly dropped bag on the floor with a huff, as if I was inconveniencing them. The older lady working the register didn't even read my printed order until half an hour after it was placed. "Huh? What's this, a web order?" When she said that, I knew there was no saving this visit. Not to mention, by this point my church group had already eaten and left. Please save your time and your money, because I certainly will.

Total disarray- order errors, confused and frustrated employees, long wait. This is common among many Popeyes locations that I have stopped into in the last 2 years. I'm to the point t where I have reduced my visits and choose another option when traveling.

It was a long wait, but once the line started moving, it moved quickly. The woman taking my order was very pleasant and polite. And they got my order right for the first time in a long time!

Love this Popeyes the mangers, cashier and cooks are great people the food was hot an good didn't have to wait that long for my food 5 blacking and the classic chicken sandwich was so so good.the store so clean love that chicken for Popeyes great job keep the good work up

Gave 3-stars because the large containers weren't full. Chicken was good except some of the pieces were very tiny. The front double doors were locked so we had to walk around other side of building to get in.

I got chicken pieces instead of my tenders. $5.75 for a side and you don't even fill up the pint. I paid $37 but didn't get my order and on top felt underserved. I still love yall but I'm checking next time.

Drive thru No dirty Rice. Also the Chicken was not fried thoroughly and I had to pick wet gooey flour out of the breast. I don't know who cut the breast but there were bones were I never had bones before. I gave it a 3 only because once we got home we put it in the airfryer to finish cooking it and it was good. Oh that's a saucer the legs were very small and so was the rest of the chicken so there was no reason for it to be undercooked.

Even though it was an extremely busy lunch time, the food was ready fairly quick. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the 11 pc chicken dish it comes with 5 delicious biscuits and 2 large size sides. Dont forget to ask for honey and other dipping sauces. The meal is $22 but it was perfect! We are it so fast! ;)
