Today Monday February 22, 2021 no mail was delivered. The mail truck simply passed by our mailbox and did not even pick up our outgoing mail. The roads are clear now after the past week of snow and ice and expected to get some mail today. Evidently the old USPO motto “neither rain, sleet, snow or ice or dark of night shall hinder the appointed rounds” does not apply anymore. Why do we continue to support this sorry service?

The lazy woman delivering the mail today ran out of room in the mailbox so instead of putting a larger package by the garage door like the other lady does she sets it on top of the mailbox. If we hadn't been driving up right after she left it would have been gone.

the two black women that work here are RUDE.. they do the BARE MINIMUM to help their customers. I’ll drive out of my way to another post office before i let either of them help me with anything.

There have been a couple times that our mail going out had gotten lost. Then there was the time that my mail from Canada vet was delivered to the wrong address and the postmaster said there was nothing he could do about it because the mail person that delivered the mail said that they had put it in my Mail box. I never received it, it was a pretty expensive order for a large dog. I never was able to get any compensation. For the mail that was delivered someplace else instead of my house🤷🏼♀️

If I could put 0 stars I would they make you wait over an hour to answer the phone knowing they never are doing anything, they never resolve your issues just tell you to call back. And today I was having a package delivered to me it says delivered in or at my mailbox nothing Is there or on my porch and I seen the mail lady pass my house they had me fill out a form of who all can receive mail at my home and they still put other people mail in my mailbox their service is awful and comprehension is even worse !

I mailed a letter almost 3 weeks ago. I left a note with carrier, that maybe it fell Out and got stuck . It’s a very important letter. Postage was paid, and it was only going to minden .! It’s a security envelope . With yellow paper inside . HELP it was picked up at pecan farms !!

Would give zero stars, took off work and watched the mail person skip my house, then said that the package was requested to be held at the post office by customer (me)... very unprofessional and inconvenient, not to mention a blatant lie, shame on you

Packages are almost always late. They're rude anytime I call in to ask about the location of my packages when they're late. They lie to get you off the phone and guarantee delivery. Still no package though. I'll be filing a claim and complaints tomorrow.
